Patrick helps large international corporations develop and expand customer relations. Realizing unique customer experiences, at all moments that are important to the customer-organization relationship, is vital to this. As is maintaining a high level of involvement throughout the mix of traditional and new channels and media. Patrick not only has a keen sense for developing creative solutions, he also combines this with a genuine contribution to business objectives and concrete actions for realization.
Patrick has been a partner at VODW since 2003, and has been Managing Partner since 2012. After studying business economics at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen he started out as a marketer at Royal KPN, transferring to VODW in 1997.
Patrick regularly publishes articles, and together with Maton Sonnemans co-authored ‘Dutch Magic’, on entrepreneurship and marketing. He is a speaker at conferences and in-company sessions. Patrick is also co-developer and principal teacher of the Masterclass Multichannel Management at Nijenrode University.
