Nina is passionate about customer research and customer innovation. Empathetic and curious, she gets energy from uncovering customers’ needs and helping organisations to become more human centered. Before joining VODW Brussels, she worked as market researcher at Ipsos, a global consulting and market research agency.
Nina gained hands-on experience through various customer centric innovation projects, including the development of a high school app in collaboration with Imec-iMinds, UX research on a news app in collaboration with the University of Ghent and a smart housing project with Philips Healthcare.
Additionally, she experienced start-up live by developing her own start-up ‘Mariette’, a digital platform for elderly care.
Nina has a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Ghent and a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Vlerick Business School.
