Maton has been a partner since 1998, and specializes in innovation and transformation of commercial organizations within large enterprises. He aims to make these organizations more professional, more innovative, and more entrepreneurial. He is also very experienced in the development of innovating product lines, distribution channels, branding and company structures. From the initial concept and initiative, right up to the successful introduction. Maton’s working style is characterized by his creative abilities, always coming up with new angles and solutions, and his keen sense of what drives companies and consumers. He stands out because of his communicative skills and his ability to connect people, ideas and organizations. This has resulted in an extensivenetwork. Maton regularly publishes articles, and is co-author of ‘Dutch Magic’ together with Patrick Ruijs, a book about entrepreneurship and marketing.
In 2013, together with professor Ruud Frambach of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Maton founded the Center for Marketing Leadership, which combines a PhD program focusing on marketing leadership with work in the consultancy practice at VODW.
