Lawrence supports organisations (mostly banking & insurance) in improving their market performance by using a pragmatic, holistic and creative approach to answer strategic commercial challenges. As a conceptual thinker he’s passionate about innovating & rethinking the status quo along with the current business model.
Lawrence started out as intern at A.T. Kearney after which he became consultant at VODW Belgium. He has experience in large-scale organisational transformations with focus on Sales transformation (sales governance & excellent account management), Marketing strategy and Brand positioning. Lawrence has planned and managed multiple projects while providing the proper change management from the start. Parallel he has specific experience in designing (UX / wireframes), implementing (sprints) and following-up digital sales tools.
As board member of Ekonomika – Alumni for Entrepreneurship (AFE) and Pimento map certified consultant, Lawrence provides communicative & strategic support for entrepreneurs in growing their business and professional lifestyle.
