Beate specializes in optimizing the dialogue between companies and customers. She advises enterprises on customer experience, digital transformation and multichannel organization design. Using her expertise, she heads complex customer contact projects, as well as multichannel projects, from strategy to and including implementation. Beate is one of VODW’s eight partners. She has been a stategic marketing consultant since 1998.
Beate starts at the client’s mainsprings, and translates this to future-oriented, sustainable and pragmatic solutions-paths. She is motivated and result-oriented. Beate truly enjoys helping clients take a next step.
Beate has authored ‘CEX Sells’ (2015), publishes articles, and is a regular speaker at (in-company) sessions. As a jury-member of the National Contact Center Awards she has been judging leading contact center cases in the Netherlands for years. She has been selected several times by the Tijdschrift voor Marketing (Periodical for Marketing) as one of the top 100 marketeers in the Netherlands.
