In May of 2018, EY VODW published the first edition of the Online Insurance Barometer. The barometer gives an insight of what consumers expect from their insurance and their insurer. During this research, we especially focussed on the role of online in insurance. The Online Insurance Barometer will be published annually to capture the trends of the market.
We believe that to completely service your customers, you first have to understand them. We see a big discrepancy between what the customer wants and what the customer gets. We want to shine a light on this divide and help insurers to close this gap.
